Grandma (we got in the pick-up during the St. Patrick's day parade in O'Neill cuz it was COLD - this was the wknd we went home since Grant was there)

March

We've had many eventful, fun days!

We went home last weekend to my parents' for the bull sale which went great!! Vance, Ellie, and Aphtyn got to come back for it too. Grant didn't because his spring break is soon so he will be coming home then. Dad and mom were super busy but, of course, found time to spend with Z man.

Zade and I have also gotten to have a couple of play dates with some very pretty little ladies! :) A friend brought her baby by this week (born about a week and a half before Zade) and it was so fun to meet little Maci and talk about "mom stuff" with Mallory! Also, yesterday, we went on a walk with a new friend, Erin, and her twin girls Adelaine and McKinley. They were born about a month before Zade. Was so much fun!

Can't forget that Stacia also had a play date last week. Friends Andrew and Emily got a new puppy! Unfortunately, Stacia was a bit snobbish and wasn't very good at playing. He is so darn cute!

Tyson's grandparents from Missourri are here this week and got to meet Zade for the first time - spent some special time with his great-grandparents!

Zade and I also had our first outing to Grand Island all by ourselves. I had my six week check-up on Monday. It was snowing, but the roads were clear so we went for it. Zade had no idea how cold it was, he was so bundled up! Dr said everything healed great, and we spent the afternoon at Grandpa Scott's office (he got to show Zade off to the office ladies) and then went shopping (anyone else notice how ridiculously expensive food is?!!) We were in G.I. for four hours - I was having a great time being out of the house!

Here are some pics! Week 5 now! Things are going really well! We figured out that when I drink milk, it bothers Zade. He still has some stomach aches, but not near as many. Had another dr apt yesterday and he weighs 10.15#. That means we are doing something right - WOOHOO! :) We are SOO excited to see my side of the family this weekend (going home for the bull sale).
